WHEREAS, Mobil Producing Texas And New Mexico, Inc. is the owner of a tract of Lot 1, Mobil Addition,
Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas; and herewith replats said tract of land; said tract of land
being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at -a V iron reinforcing rod set for the original southeast corner of Lot 1, Mobil Addition,
Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas.
THENCE N 790 42' 32" W 1,429.44 feet along the south line of Lot 1, Mobil Addition to a 1" galvanized
pipe with cap set in concrete found for the original southwest corner of Lot 1, Mobil Addition;
THENCE N 100 16' 42" E along the west line of Lot 1, Mobil Addition at 148.33 feet pass a 1"
galvanized iron pipe with cap,set in concrete found and continuing on the same course in all 149.23
feet to a �" iron reinforcing rod set on a curve; said rod bears N 01° 47' 25" E 11,610.00 feet to
the center of circle;
THENCE easterly 372.92 feet with the south line of northwest freeway along said curve concave to the
north having a central angle of 011 50' 25" and a radius of 11,610.00 feet to a �" iron reinforcing
.rod set; said rod bears S 89° 45' 42"•E 35.30 feet to a highway monument found;
THENCE S 870 57' 36" E 687.98 feet along the south line of northwest freeway to a highway monument
found;
THENCE N 890 57' 38" E 268.15 feet along the south line of northwest freeway to a 1" galvanized iron
pipe with cap set in concrete found;
THENCE S 440 53' 54" E 70.92 feet to a highway monument found at the intersection of the south line
of northwest freeway and the west line of City View Drive;
THENCE S 000 12' 54" E 322.00 feet along the west line of City View Drive to the place of beginning
and containing 8.27 acres of and more or less.
The owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
watercourses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration
therein expressed.
