East 90 feet of Lot 2, Cunningham Call -Field Addition as recorded in Volume 1598, Page 455, Wichita County Deed
Records and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a found iron rod at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 1, Church of Christ, said rod also being
the point of intersection of the West right-of-way line of line of McNiel Avenue, a dedicated street with the North right-
of-way line of Call Field Road, a dedicated street for the Southeast corner and Place of Beginning of this description;
THENCE along the North right-of-way line of Call Field Road, S 89'47' W a distance of 329.75 feet to a found "x" in
concrete for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the North line of Call Field Road, N 01'27'25" E a distance of 395.25 feet to a found "x" in concrete
for an ell corner of this tract, said point lies in the North line of the above said Lot 2, Cunningham -Call Field Addition;
THENCE along the North line of Lot 2, Cunningham -Call Field Addition, N 89'55'51" W a distance of 112.61 feet to a set

THENCE along the said West right-of-way line of McNiel Avenue as follows:
S 05' 54' E a distance of 80.00 feet to a found iron rod at a point of curvature;
in a Southerly direction along a curve to the right, having a radius of 1384.56 feet, a central angle of 07' 38' 00", an arc
distance of 184.46 feet to a set iron rod at a point of tangency;
S 04' 44' W a distance of 6.10 feet to a set .iron rod at an ell corner of this tract;
N 89' 49' 30" E a distance of 10.00 feet to a set iron rod at an ell corner of this tract;
S 01' 28' 13" W a distance of 394.88 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 5.444 Acres of land.
