THENCE S 88'38' E a distance of 60.01 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner
of said Lot 15 and the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 1, High Point Village, Section 4,
as recorded at Volume 27, Page 1228. Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 88'34' E a distance of 59.96 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner
of said Lot 16 for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 25' W a distance of 126.52 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast
corner of said Lot 16 for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 8637' W with the North right-of-way line of Flo Drive a distance of 59.99 feet
to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 16 and the Southeast corner of Lot
15;
THENCE N 88'43' W with the North right-of-way line of Flo Drive a distance of 59.95 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.349 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
