WHEREAS, Best Investments, is the owner of 6.375 acres of land out of Block 3, Kemp
& Newby Subdivision of Cherokee County School Land, Wichita County, Texas, described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 41, Block 5, High Point
Village, Section 2, as shown on plat recorded in Volume 26, Pages 45 and 46, Wichita
County Plat Records, said iron rod being in the East line of Professional Drive being a curve
to the left having a radius of 710.00 feet and a central angle of 26' 54' 52";
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the left an arc distance of 333.52
feet to an iron rod found at the end of curve;
THENCE N 42' 54' W a distance of 42.32 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 88' 43' E a distance of 1036.40 feet to on iron rod set for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 17' W 176.50 feet to an iron rod set at an ell corner;
THENCE N 86 43' W a distance of 7.35 feet to an iron rod set at an angle point;
THENCE S 01' 17' W a distance of 125.00 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast
corner of Lot 30, Block 5, of said High Point Village, Section 2, for the Southeast comer of
this tract;
THENCE with the North line of said Section 2, N 88' 43' W a distance of 720.00 feet to an
iron rod found at an angle point, and S 84' 37' W a distance of 111.45 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 6.375 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
