Wichita County Plat Records and a portion of Kemp and Newby Subdivision of Block 3, Cherokee
County School Lands, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 4, Block 12, High Point Village,
Section 1, the same being the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Tealwood Place Apartments
Addition according to plat recorded in Volume 27, Pages 308-309, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 420 54' 00" E 309.60 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block
1, Tealwood Place Apartments Addition;
THENCE S 000 55' 00" W, at 259.50 feet pass the Southeast corner of said Lot 1, Block 12 and
continuing S 000 55' 00" W in all a distance of 572247 feet to a point for the Southeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 580 52' 00" W 391.79 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00049'0(-"E 479.03 feel to an iron rod found in the Southeast right-of-way of State
Highway No. 79, for the Northwest corner of the tract;
THENCE N 470 12' 00" E with said right-of-way a distance of 173,00 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 4.70 acres of land
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therejin expressed.
