Section 8, a distance of 127.62 feet to a found iron rod at the Southeast corner of

THENCE leaving the said West line of Section 8, S 71' 39' 19" W with the South line of
said Lot 39 a distance of 128.92 feet to an iron rod found in a curve to the left of
the North right—of—way line of Madiliz Way, a dedicated street, having a radius of

THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the North right—of—way line of said Madiliz
