rod being the Nor heast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 19' 34' 30" E, with the East line of Lots 51 thru 49, Block 5, High Point Village,
Section 5, a distance of 130.01 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 49, for the
Southeast corner of this tract, a mag nail set for reference bears S 70' 27' 36" W 0.50 feet;
THENCE S 70' 27' 36" W, with the South line of said Lot 49 and passing said mag nail, a
distance of 124.9` feet to a mag nail found at the Southwest corner of said Lot 49, said
nail being in the I ast line of Johnny Court and being the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 19' 39' 51" W, with the East line of Johnny Court, a distance of 15.96 feet to an
iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 425.00 feet;
THENCE with the I ast line of Johnny Court and Northwesterly with said curve to the left an
arc distance of 11 5.47 to an iron rod found at the Northwest comer of said Lot 51 (Chord =
N 27' 17' 53" W - 115.12 feet);
THENCE N 70' 27' 55" E, with the North line of said Lot 51, a distance of 140.44 feet to
the PLACE OF BECINNING and containing 0.386 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon sh<wn for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
