County Plat Records, said rod also being in the South right-of-way line of Flo Drive, a
dedicated street, and being the Northwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this description;
THENCE S 88' 42' 55" E along said South right-of-way line, at 7.35 feet pass an iron rod
found for the most Northerly Southwest corner of Section 4 of High Point Village Subdivision
as shown on a plat recorded in Volume 27, Page 1228, Wichita County Plat Records, and
continuing on same course, in all, 120.00 feet to an iron rod found for an ell corner of said
Section 4 and an ell corner of this tract, said rod also being in the West right-of-way line
of Johnny Court, a dedicated street;
THENCE continuing along the boundary line of said Section 4 as follows:

Southeast corner of Section 2, High Point Village Subdivision, as shown on a plat recorded in
Volume 25, Page 225, Wichita County Plot Records, and continuing on same course, in all, a
distance of 210.00 feet to an iron rod found for an angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 28' 00' W along the East line of said Section 2, a distance of 84.30 feet
to an iron rod found for on angle corner of this tract;
THENCE N 40' 00' W a distance of 147.35 feet to an iron rod found for an ongle corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 27' 09' W a distance of 134.65 feet to an iron rod found for an angle corner of
this tract, said rod being the most Northerly Northeast corner of said Section 2 and the
Southeast corner of said Section 3;
THENCE N 01' 17' E along the East line of said Section 3, a distance of 125.00 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.363 acres of land.
