Begining at a Texas Highway Department Monument In the east right-of-way line. of
City View Drive, said monument bears North 00* OBI West 47.33 feet and North 89' 521
East 35.60 feet from the southwest corner of the above mentioned Ed Wilson Survey,
A-591, said monument also being the most westerly southwest corner and place of
beginning of this description;
