477, Wichita County Deed Records, said rod being the Southeast toner of this tract;

of Wichita Falls tract, a distance of 91.74 feet to an iron rod found at the Southeast comer
of a tract of land conveyed to the City of Wichita Falls by deed recorded in Volume 1531,
Page 393, Wichita County Deed Records, said rod being an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 33' 33' 43" W, with the East line of said City of Wichita Falls tract, a distance of
259.54 feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast comer of said City of Wichtio Falls tract,
sold rod being an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 59' 22' 26" W, with the North line of said City of Wichita Falls tract, a distance of
50.03 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest comer of said City of Wchito Falls tract,
said rod being an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE S 25' 31' 02" E, with the West line of said City of Wichita Falls tract, a distance of
204.98 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of said City of Wichita Falls tract,
also being the Northeast comer of a tract of land conveyed to Mike Shollenberger as Tract
No. 1 by deed recorded in Volume 2748, Page 370. Official Public Records of Wichita County,
said rod being an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 86' 38' 19' W. with the North line of said Shallenberger tract, a distance of
263.79 feet to on iron rod found at the Southwest comer of said Lot 2, sold rod being in
the North line of said Shallenberger tract and at the Southeast comer of a tract of land
conveyed to Warren and Koren N. Young by deed recorded In Volume 1453, Page 6, Wichita
County Deed Records, sold rod being the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 03' 47" W. with the West line of said Lot 2 and the East line of said Young
tract, a distance of 660.79 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.339 Acres of
land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
