Wichita Falls, Texas, and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the South line of Twin Oaks Street at the Northeast
corner of Lot 1-E, Block 1, Galaxy Subdivision as recorded in Volume 25, Page 63, Wichita
County Plat Records, and at the Northwest corner of Lot 1-C, Block 1, Galaxy Subdivision as
recorded in Volume 26, Page 194, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 89' 57' 26" E, with the South line of Twin Oaks Street and the North line of said
Lot 1-C, a distance of 160.27 feet to an iron rod found at the intersection of the South line
of Twin Oaks Street and the West line of a 20.0 foot alley at the Northeast corner of said
Lot 1-C, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S DO. 10' 48" W, with the West line of a 20.0 foot alley, the East line of said Lot
1-C and the East line of Lot 1-D, said Block 1, a distance of 600.02 feet to an iron rod
found in the North line of Hatton Rood at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1-D, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 59' 15" W. with the North line of Hatton Road and the South line of said Lot
1-D, a distance of 160.02 feet to a spike nail found at the Southwest corner of said Lot
1-D and the Southeast corner of said Lot 1-E, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N DO' 09' 21" E, with the West line of said Lot 1-D and Lot 1-C, and the East line
of said Lot 1-E, a distance of 599.87 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.21
