Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Taxes, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at the occu pl ad Southeast corner of the above mentioned Block It, Kemp 6 Newby Su be i v i si on, said Southeast corner lies in the
centerline of Hatton Road, thence along the centerline of Hatton Road, West 1,609.80 feet, thence leaving the centerline of Marton Road,
North 000 13' East, 45.0 feet to a point lying in the North right-of-way line of Hatton Road for the Southeast corner of this tract, and the
place of beginning of this description;
Thence, along the North right-of-way line of Hetton Road, South 690 59' 28,9" West 000.15 feet to the point of intersection between
