BEGINNING at a two-inch pipe fence corner, the Southeast corner of Block 6, Sayles Irrigation
Subdivision, as recorded in Vol. 43, Page 598, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE with South line of Block 6, S 89° 59' W 382.61 feet to an iron rod in the East Right -of -
Way of Lake Park Drive, on a curve to the left having a radius of 1939.6 feet and a central
angle of 14° 17' ;
THENCE Northeasterly along said curve to the left a distance of 483.52 feet to an iron rod
in the East line of Block 6;
THENCE along said East line of Block 6, S 000 08' F 294.38 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.182 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this replat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
