� Whereas John J. Cassata, Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of - Ft. Worth, and his successors in office,
1206 Throckmorton Street, Ft. Worth, Texas, 76102, is the owner of a certain tract of land out of the Robert
Evans Survey, A-74, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas; and herewith plat said land into Our Lady Queen of
Peace Subdivision, the perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an "x" cut in a concrete gutter, in the South line of said Robert Evans Survey, at the N.W. intersection
cor. of Colquitt (60 ft. R.O.W.) Road and York (60 ft. R.O.W.) Street for the S.E, cor. of this tract.
THENCE S.89043'W., along the Sout(i line of said Robert Evans Survey, along the North R.O.W. line of said York Street,
and along the face of the curb on the North side of said York Street, 863.1 ft., to a cross cut in the gutter at
the N.E. intersection cor. of Said York Street and Lansing (60 ft. R.O.W.) Bolevard, for the S.W. cor. of this tract.

THENCE N.01017'W., with the East R.O.W. line of said Lansing Boulevard, at 296.3 ft., the P.C, of a curve to the left.
THENCE along said curve, along said R.O.W., whose R=474.9 ft., and whose D-12.065°, a distance of 165.5 ft., to a
metal fence post for the N.W. cor. of this tract.
THENCE N.89043'E., with a fence, 891.0 ft., to an iron stake set in the West R.O.W. line of said Colquitt Road for
the Northeast cot . of this tract.
THENCE South, with said West R.O,W. line of Colquitt Read, 'o ft., to the place of beginning and containing
