THENCE S 000 38' W with the East line of said Lot 1 a distance of 1411.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 890 22' E 35.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 00' 38' E at 15.0 feet pass the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Grandville Crowell Addition, and con-
tinuing, in all, 140.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, said point beino in the South Right -of -
Way line of Southwest Parkway;
THENCE N 8Q° 22' W with said Right -of -Way 35.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.113 acre of
land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration
therein expressed.
