Whereas Alfred G. Weiss is the owner of a certain tract of land out of Block 14 Denton County
School Land Survey, League One, Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas; and herewith plats said
land into Lot 1 Weiss Subdivision, the perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a cross cut in concrete for the N.W. Cor. of this tract at the S.E. intersection
Cor, of Call Field Road and Idlewood Drive.
THENCE N.88037'E., with the South R.O.,W.. line of said Call Field Road (60 ft. R.O.W.), 36.35
ft. to the P.C. of a curve to the right.
THENCE along said R,O.W and said curve whose radius is 924.93 ft. and whose central angle is
4°46', a distance of 76.73 ft. to an iron stake set for the N.E. Cor. of this tract and the
N.W. Cur. of Lot 1 B.-R.-D. Subdivision.
THENCE S.00055'W., with the West line of said subdivision, 95.0 ft. to an iron stake found
for the S,E„ Cor. of this tract.
THENCE S.89014'W. with a fence along the North line of the Norlene Ledbetter tract, 111.54 ft.
iron stake set for the S.W. Cor. of this tract in the East R.O.W. line of Idlewood (50 ft.
R:O.W.) Drive.
THENCE North, with said R.O.W. line, 97.6 ft. to the place of beginning and containing 0.25
acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever Lill
streets, alleys, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the
