114.51 feet to a mag nail set at the Northwest comer of Lot 3-8, Block 1, West Hursh
Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 24, Page 257. Wichita County Plat
Records, for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 48' 01" E along the East right—of—way line of Armory Road, a distance of
114.20 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest comer of Lot 2—D, Block 1, West Hursh
Addition to Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 27. Page 506, Wichita County Plat
Records, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 57' 59" E with the South line of said Lot 2—D a distance of 311.75 feet to an
iron rod found at its Southeast comer, said rod being in the West right—of—way line of the
Henry S. Grace Freeway, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 19' 05' 12" W along the West right—of—way line of the Henry S. Grace Freeway, a
distance of 266.75 feet to an iron rod found for the Northeast comer of said Lot 3—A and
the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 84' 05' 14" W along the North line of said Lot 3—A, a distance of 228.87 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.50 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat, and whose name is subscribed
