THENCE N 00° 52' E along the East Right -of -Way line of Armory Road, 103.n feet to an iron rod, for the
Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 840 04' E 228.91 feet to an iron rod in the West Right -of -Way line of South Freeway , for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 190 08' W along the West Right -of -Way line of South Freeway , a distance of ln5,A feet to an
iron rod, the Southeast corner of said 2.0 acre tract, for the Southeast corner of this tract:
THENCE N 84' 04' W along the South line of said 2.0 acre tract, 195.75 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.5 acre of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
