A tract of Iand out of the David Welch Survey, A-324, Wichita County, Texas, and being
a part of a tract of land described in deed as Tract 2 from W. C. Dillard at al to Texhoma
Christian Care Center, Inc., dated July 15, 1976, and recorded in Vol. 1203, Page 591, Wichita
County Dead Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point which bears South 060 48' 38" East 5184.55 feet from the Northwest
corner of said David Welch Survey, said point lying in the North right-of-way line of
Valley View Road and being the Southeast corner of Gardens Edge Church of Christ, an addition to
the City. of Wichita Falls, Texas, for the Southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 000 24' 13" East 257.45 feet along the East line of said Gardens Edge Church
of Christ, to a point for corner;
Thence North 010 20' 10" East 172.60 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence East 428. 51 feet to a point in a curve of the West right-of-way line of Loop 11 for
