Records, said rod being in the East line of Horseshoe Lake Road;
THENCE N 880 38' 30" E with the North line of said Lot 26, a distance of 164.53 feet to an iron rod
found at the Northeast corner of Lot 26;
THENCE S 00' 33' W with the East line of said Lots 26 and 27, a distance of 179.88 feet to an iron
rod found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 27 and in the North line of Woodbrook Circle;
THENCE S 870 27' 30" W with the North line of Woodbrook Circle a distance of 139.92 feet to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 27, said rod being in the East line of Horseshoe Lake Road, a curve
to the left having a radius of 200.0 feet;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the left for an arc distance of 19.19 feet to
an iron rod found at end of curve (chord bearing of this curve segment N 130 56' W 19.18 feet);
THENCE N 14' 26' W a distance of 67.17 feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to
the right having a radius of 185.0 feet;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 70.15 feet
to an iron rod found at the end of curve (chord bearing of the curve segment N 040 20' W 69.73
feet);
THENCE N 07' 12' E a distance of 29.17 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.664
acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
