THENCE Southerly with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 85.35 feet to end of curve;
THENCE S 350 03' W 8.25 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of said Lot 25;
THENCE S 680 00' E 51.3 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Horseshoe Lake Road;
THENCE Southerly with a curve to the right having a radius of 325.0 feet and a central angle of 00035'26" for an
arc distance of 3.35 feet to end of curve;
THENCE S 350 03' W 48.0 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 680 00, W 179.1 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 190 47' E 50.05 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 25;
THENCE N 150 48' E 90.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 25;
THENCE S 710 31' E 158.8 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.545 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains,
easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
