to plat recorded in Volume 23, Pages 352-353, Wichita County Deed Records, said point
being the intersection of the East line of Horseshoe Lake Road and the North line of
Saddleback Trail;
THENCE with the East line of Horseshoe Lake Road N 240 22' 30"E 164.3 feet to an iron
rod, the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 and the Southwest corner of Lot 8 of said Block
l;
THENCE with the North line of Lot 9, S 660 14' E. at 105.0 feet passing the Northeast corner
of Lot 9 and the Northwest corner of Lot 10, continuing S 660 14' E with the North line of
Lot 10, in all a distance of 227.0 feet to an iron rod, the Northeast corner of Lot 10, said
rod being in center of abandoned road;
THENCE with center of abandoned road, a curve to the left having a radius of 2330.2 feet
and a central angle of 010 31' 41";
THENCE with said curve to the left for a distance of 02.15 feet to an iron rod, the end of
curve;
THENCE continuing with center of abandoned road S 010 18' W 137.85 feet to an iron rod,
the Southeast corner of Lot 11 of said Block 1;
THENCE with South fine of Lot 11, N 640 00' W 121.9 feet to a nail in the curved right-of-way
of Saddleback Trail;
THENCE with the right-of-wav of Saddleback Trail a curve to the left, having a radius of
50.0 feet and a central angle of 1370 30' 35";
THENCE with said curve to the left for a distance of 120.0 feet to an iron rod, the end of
curve;
THENCE continuing with the right-of-wav line of Saddleback Trail N 650 38, W 90.65 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.003 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains and public places thereon shown for the purpose
