WHEREAS Sereno Lago Venture is the owner of a 27.4A acre tract of land out of Units Al -A
and 41-B, and the adjoining Oxbow Lake Lands in the Wichita Valley Farm Lands Subdivision, Wichita
County, Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East line of Unit 41-A, Ilichita Valley Farms Subdivision Recorded in
Vol. 3 Page 151, Wichita County Plat Records, S 000 54' E 810.26 feet from its Northeast corner,
said point being on the West side of a public road, and approximately 15.0 feet North of the center
of an irrigation ditch, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
