BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southeast corner of Kirby Subdivision as recorded in Vol. 23, Pane 2, Wichita
County Plat Records, said iron rod being in the West Right -of -Way of the Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE S 02° 13' W along the West Right -of -Way of the Old Jacksboro Highway 189.4 feet to an iron rod, the
Northeast corner of Scottie Subdivision as recorded in Vol. 17, Pages 58-59, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 890 58' W 200.0 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Edgemere Heights Subdivision, said point also
being the Northwest corner of Scottie Subdivision;
THENCE N 02° 13' E along said East line of Edgemere Heights Subdivision, 189.3 feet to an iron rod, said rod
also being at the Southwest corner of Kirby Subdivision;
THENCE East 200.0 feet along the South line of Kirby Subdivision to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.869 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
