WHEREAS Amarillo Diamond, LTD is the owner of an 18.85 acre tract of land out of
Block 16, Cherokee County School Land, and more particularly described by metes and bounds
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 1, Garner Addition,
Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 26, Page 60, Wichita County Plot Records, said
rod being in the South line of Central Freeway East (U. S. Highway No. 287) for the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 01' 08' 15" W with the West line of said Lot 6, at 1003.07 feet pass on iron rod
set at the Southwest comer of said Lot 6, and continuing on some course, in all a distance
of 1013.07 feet to on iron rod found in the North line of Quincy Road, for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88' 46' 11" W with the North line of Quincy Road, a distance of 809.05 feet to an
iron rod found at the Southeast corner of a tract of land conveyed to Jimmy G. and Norma
F. Martin in Volume 1733. Page 694, Official Public Records of Wichita County, said rod being
in the North line of Quincy Road, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 01' 07' 30" E with the East line of said Martin Tract, a distance of 1014.21 feet
to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of said Martin tract, said rod being in the
South line of Central Freeway East (U. S. Highway No. 287) for the Northwest corner of thig
tract;
THENCE S 88' 52' 09" E with the South line of Central Freeway East (U. S. Highway No. 287)
a distance of 732.57 feet to a highway monument found at the beginning of a curve to the
right having a radius of 1133.42 feet;
THENCE Southeasterly with said curve to the right an arc distance of 76.77 feet (chord of
this arc segment is S 86' 57' 11" E 76.75 feet) to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
18.85 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name are subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the
public forever oil streets, alleys, porks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrant that
they have lawful authority to make such dedications.
