Road, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 010 021 E with the West line of Hartmtond Road, 276.47 feet to a point for the Northeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 880 S8' W, 15.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.981 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or
