Whereas James A. Barrington is the owner of a certain tract of land situated in
Block 3, Kemp & Newby Subdivision of Cherokee Co. School Land, Abet, 33, Wichita Co.,
Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Woot line of U. S. Hwy. No. 281, 269.0 feet South
and 745.4 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Block 3;
THENCE S. 02013'H., with the West line of said Highway, 166.0 feet to a point;
THENCE W., 525.0 feet to a point;
THENCE N. 02.13' E., 166.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East, 525.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.0 acres.
The owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
