Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2-inch iron rod found on the south right-of-way line of Ashleyanne Circle, a dedicated city street, being
the northwest corner of said Lot 5 and the northeast comer of Lot 7 of said Block 1 for the northwest comer and POINT
OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 89'12'00" EAST 377.64 feet along the north line of said Lot 5 and the south right-of-way line of said
Ashleyanne Circle to a 1/2-inch iron rod found at a point of curvature in the north line of said Lot 5 and in south
