tract conveyed to Thoron McDonnell by deed recorded at Volume 3496, Page 868, Official
Public Records of Wichita County, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 12' 00" W with the North line of said McDonnell tract a distance of 60.10 feet
to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 02' 38' 16" W a distance of 393.35 feet to an iron rod set at the beginning of a
curve to the left having a radius of 270.00 feet;
THENCE Northwesterly with said curve an arc distance of 95.80 feet to on iron rod set at
the end of said curve (chord of this arc segment is N, 12' 48' 08" W 95.30 feet);
THENCE N 22' 58' 00" W a distance of 477.25 feet to an iron rod set in the South
right—of—way line of U.S. Highway 277 (Seymour Highway), for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE N 67' 02' 00" E with said South right—of—way line a distance of 60.00 feet to the
PLACE of BEGINNING and containing 1.35 acres of land.
