00" W - 163.42 feet to a highway monument; S 030 09' 00" W - 142.90 to a found iron rod, S 460 07, 00.. W -
133,60 feet to a highway monument found in the North right-of-way line of Kell Boulevard for the most
Southerly Southeast corner of this tract,
THENCE N 890 1 V 30" W, with the North right-of-way line of Kell Boulevard a distance of 293.80 feet to an
iron rod set for the Southwest corner of this tract,
THENCE N 00' 48' 00" E, a distance of 400,10 feet to an iron rod in the South line of said Lot 2, Block 12, for
the Northwest corner of this tract,
THENCE S 89' 12' 00" E, with the South line of said Lot 2, Block 12, a distance of 394.42 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 3.50 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is ascribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and consideration therein
expressed
