WHEREAS, Kell West Medical, Inc., is the owner a tract of land out of Block 11, J. A.
Kemp Subdivision of the William Mayer Survey, A-193, Wichita County, Texas, described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the South line of Lot 2, Block 12, Michna Estates, which
bears N 89` 12' W 394.42 feet from the Southeast corner of said Lot 2, Block 12, as recorded
in Volume 26, Page 454, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S OOP 48' W a distance of 400.1 feet to an iron rod found in the North line of Kell
Boulevard, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 12' W with the North line of Kell Boulevard, a distance of 945.72 feet to an iron
rod found at an angle point in Highway right- of -way;
THENCE S 85° 04' W a distance of 110.29 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE N 000 41' E a distance of 410.95 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of said Lot 2,
Block 12, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89° 12' E with the South line of said Lot 2, a distance of 1056.25 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 9.71 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and consideration therein expressed.
