conveyed to Michne Venture in volume 1237, Page 545, Wichita County Deed Records, said 15.252 acre tract
being described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of said 113.256 acre tract, being of the intersection of the East line of the Bartosh
Subdivision with the North right—of—way line of Kell Boulevard;
THENCE N 00' 26' E with the West line of said 113.256 acre tract a distance of 580.0 feet to a point for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
THENCE EAST a distance of 1122.0 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
