Page 303, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron rod also being the
Northwest corner of a 1.406 acre tract conveyed to the City of Wichita Falls
by Evangel Temple Assembly of God recnrdPd in Volume 141.9, Page 370 and 371,
Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE, with the West Right of Way of Barnett Road and the West line of said
1,406 acre tract, S 000 43' W a distance of 1395.1 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 89° 12' W a distance of 1011.45 feet to an iron rod on the
centerline of a 75.0 foot electric easement;
THENCE. N 19° 52' F, along the centerline of said easement 1168.0 feet to an
iron rod on the South line of a tract owned by Texas Electric Service Co.,
said point being on a curve to the left having A radius of 198.3 feet and a
central Angle of 044 59' 20";
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction with said curve an arc length of 34.64
feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 670 02' E a distance of 38.1 feet to an iron rod at the Southeast
corner of Texas Electric Service Co, tract;
THENCE N 00" 47' F with the Fast line of Texas Electric Service Co. tract a
distance of 203.R feet to an iron rod;
THFNCF, N 660 501 F. a distance of 417.05 feet to an iron rod At the NnrthwPRr
corner of Lot 1, Block 12, Michna Estates;
THENCE S 00° 43' W a distance of 120.29 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest
corner of said Lot 1, Block 12;
THENCE. S 890 17' F along the South line of said Lot 1, FAlocR 12 a distance of
180.0 feet to the PLACE, OF REt,TNNING and containing 24.744 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is suhsrrihPd
