WHEREAS Western Supplies, Inc., is the owner of Lot A, Stanford Addition, Section 1 and 1.258 acre
tract out of R. Brown Survey, Wichita County, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of Lot A, Stanford Addition, Section 1, an addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, according to plat recorded in Volume 23, Page 297, Wichita County Plat Records,
said iron being at the intersectoin of the East line of Interstate Highway No. 44 and the North line of Rama
Drive;
THENCE N 22° 01' 36" W with the East line of Interstate Highway No. 44 at 129.70 feet past an iron rod found
at the Northwest comer of said Lot A and continuing N 22° 01' 36" W in all a distance of 202.56 feet to an iron
rod found on the South line of Merry Lane;
THENCE N 670 58' 24" E 111.25 feet with the South line of Merry Lane to an iron rod found at the beginning
of a curve;
THENCE with curve to the right having a central angle of 22° 27', a radius of 202.2 feet, and a length of 79.23
feet to an iron rod found;
THENCE N 000 25' 24" E 50.0 feet to an iron rod set;
THENCE with a curve to the left whose center bears S 09° 25' 24" W. a central angle of 020 09' 30", a radius
of 252.2 feet and a length of 9.50 feet to an iron rod found on the North line of Merry Lane and the East line
of Nashua Drive;
THENCE North with the East line of Nashua Drive a distance of 33.91 feet to an iron rod found on the South
line of Texas Electric Service Company tract;
THENCE S 60° 34' 00" E 428.6 feet win the South line of said TESCO tract to an iron rod found for the
Northeast corner of Lot 3, Block 1, Section 2, Stanford Addition;
THENCE N 89° 40' 30" W with the North line of said Block 1 a distance of 186.73 feet to an iron rod set at the
Northwest of Lot 1, Block 1 also being the Northeast corner of said Lot A;
THENCE S 00" 12' 42" E with the East line of Lot A and the West line of said Lot 1 a distance of 119.96 feet
to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner of Lot A and in the North line of Rama Drive;
THENCE N 890 40' 30" W with the North line of Rama Drive and the South line of Lot A a distance of 282 30
feet to PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.10 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
