rod bears East 50.00 feet to the Southeast corner of Block 16, Kemp & Newby Subdivisior of the

THENCE South 295.16 feet along the West line of Hammon Road to a 2" iron reinforcing rod set
THENCE N89051'24"W at 1.0.00 feet pass a 2" iron reinforcing rod set and continuing on the sane
