Whereas Richard L. Carter, and Robert A. Carter, P.O. Box 188, Wichita Falls, Texas, Ph. 767-0182, are the owners
of a tract of land out of .Block 16, Kemp& Newby Subdivision of Tarrant County School Land Survey, Wichita County,
Texas; and herewith plats said land into Summit View Estates Sec. One, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas; the perimeter of which is described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake set for the S.E. cor. of this tract, in the West R.O.W. line of Hammond Road.
The S.E. cor. of said Block 16, brs., East, 50.0 ft., and South, 1.225.9 ft,.
THENCE West, h83.8 ft., iron stake for cor.
THENCE North, 103.0 ft., iron stake for cor.
THENCE West, 2526.6 ft., iron stake for cor. 1n the Fast R.O.W. line of McKinney Road for the S.W. cor. of this
tract.
THENCE North, with said R.O.W. line, 697.5 ft., iron stake for cor.
THENCE N.45000'E., 141.4 ft., iron stake for cor.
THENCE North, 25.0 ft., to a point in the centerline of Quincy Road for the N.W. cor. of this tract.
THENCE East, with the centerline of said Quincy Road, 3210.4 £t., to a point for the N.E. cor. of this tract.
THENCE South, with the West R.O.W. line'of said Hammond Road, 900.5 ft., to the place of beginning and
containing 64.19 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names..are subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, water courses, drains,
easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
