THENCE N 88° 05' W with the South line of said Unit 54 and the centerline of an irrigation canal
1664.66 feet to a point in the East line of Bridwell Road and the West line of Unit 54 for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N ni" 101 W with the West line of said Unit 54 and the East line of Bridwell Road 665.50 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 31.60 acres of land.
