THENCE S 00° 50' E with the West line of Horseshoe Lake Road 573.61 feet to a fence corner for the most
Easterly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 23' W with a fence line 352.60 feet to a fence corner for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 21' E 123.28 feet to a point for the most Southerly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 880 05' W with the South line of said Unit 54 and the centerline of an irrigation canal
1664.66 feet to a point in the East line of Bridwell Road and the West line of Unit 54 for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 010 10' W with the West line of said Unit 54 and the East line of Bridwell Road 665.50 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 31.60 acres of land.
