more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a fence corner in the West right-of-way line of Sheppard Access
Road, said point bears South 12' 52' East 924.7 feet from the intersection of the
West right-of-way tine of Sheppard Access Road and the South right-of-way line of
Airport Drive; said fence corner being the Northeast corner and place of beginning
of this description;
Thence along said West right-of-way of Sheppard Access Road South 12' 33' East
153.7 feet to a fence post for the Southeast corner of this tract; said fence post
also being the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Herbs Addition;
'hence leaving said West right-of-way and along the North property line of Lot
