Jacksboro Highway, the Northwest corner of this tract;

Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South 200.2 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 54' W 125.0 feet to an iron rod in the East Right -of -Way line of Old Jacksboro Highway
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North along the East Right -of -Way line of Old Jacksboro Highway 200.0 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.574 acres of land.
THEREFORE,.the Owners of the land shown shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
