Cantwell to Southwestern Bell Telephone Comapny, Vol. 692, Page 175, Wichita County Deed Records,
said beginning corner being described as 1857.1 feet East and 95.5 feet South from the occupied
Northwest corner of Block 14, Denton County School Land, League 1, Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE S 000 05' E 296.4 feet to iron rod in North line of Call Field Road;
THENCE with North line of Call Field Road, S 89' 56' W 63.05 feet to iron rod;
THENCE N 000 03' E 104.6 feet to iron rod at Southeast corner of 041384 acre tract conveyed from
C.U. Morgan to Southwestern Bell Telephone Co., Vol. 691, Page 486, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE N 890 56' W 150.0 feet to iron rod at Southwest corner of said 0.1384 acre tract;
THENCE N 000 13' W, at 40.0 feet pass Northwest corner of said 0.1384 acre, in all, 189.9 feet to
standard Southwestern Bill Telephone Company property marker at the Northwest corner of afore-
mentioned 0.96 acre tract;
THENCE N 890 31' E 213.26 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containinq I.084 acres of land.
