WHEREAS, SAFB Venture is the Owner of a tract of land out of the Thomas Curry
Survey, Abstract No. 344, Wichita County, Texas and described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast comer of Lot 1, Block 1, North Village
Subdivision as recorded in Volume 23, Page 243 of the Wichita County Plat Records and
being in the South line of North Village Drive as dedicated on a plat recorded in Volume 23,
Pages 104 and 105 of the Wichita County Plot Records;
THENCE in an Easterly direction with the South line of said North Village Drive the following
calls: N 84' 12' 30" E a distance of 3.80 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right with
a radius of 375.0 feet and a long chord which bears S 89' 47' 15" E-78.60 feet; in an
Easterly direction with said curve to the right an arc distance of 78.60 feet to the end of
the curve; S 83' 47' 00" E a distance of 182.50 feet to the beginning of a curve to the
left with a radius of 425.00 feet and a long chord which bears S 87' 14' 00' E-51.15
feet; in an Easterly direction with said curve to the left an arc distance of 51.20 feet to
the end of the curve; N 89• 19' 00" E a distance of 116.40 feet to an iron rod set in the
West line of State Highway 240 (Burkbumett Highway) for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 23. 59' 51" E with said West line a distance of 131.40 feet to an iron rod set
for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 19' 00" W with the South line of a 7.57 acre tract conveyed to John Mark
Hirschi, Ben Woody and Milburn E. Nutt by warranty deed filed in Volume 1220, Page 131,
Wichita County Deed Records, a distance of 474.70 feet to the Southeast comer of said Lot
1, Block 1, North Village Subdivision for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 03• 56' 00" W with the West line of said Lot 1 a distance of 146.80 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.361 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
