out of the Thomas Curry Survey, A-344, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod, said iron rod being N 080 08' E 328.5 feet from a concrete highway
monument in the East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road, said monument being at the inter-
section of the East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road and the South line of Guitar and
Radford 130 acre tract described in deed from Guitar Estate etal to W. B. Featherston recorded in
Volume 512, Page 395, Wichita County Deed Records and also being the Southwest corner of an 11.71
acre tract having been sold and conveyed by W. B. Grace and R. L. Mattingly to Cardinal Inn of
Dennison, Inc, by warranty deed dated October 29, 1956 and recorded in Volume 702, Page 623, Wichita
County Deed Records;
THENCE N 080 G8' E along said Right -of -Way line, a distance of 160.0 feet to an iron rod at the
Southwest corner of Lot 1, Chambles Addition;
THENCE S 810 48' E along South line of said Lot 1, 125.0 feet to an iron pipe at Southeast corner
of said Lot 1;
THENCE S 080 08' W, 160.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 810 48, W, 125.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.459 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
