Thomas Curry Survey, A-344, Wichita County, Texas described by metes and bounds as follows;
BEGINNING at an iron rod, said iron rod being N 08*08' E 130.0 feet from a concrete highway monument in the
East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road, said monument being at the intersection of the East Right -of -
Way line of Sheppard Access Road and the South line of Guitar and Radford 135 acre tract described in deed
from Guitar Estate et al to W. B. Featherston recorded in Volume 512, Page 395 of Wichita County Deed Records
and also being the Southwest corner of an 11.71 acre tract having been sold and conveyed by W. B. Grace and
R. L. Mattingly to Cardinal Inn of Dennison, Inc. by warranty deed dated October 29, 1956 and recorded in
Volume 702, Page 623 of Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE N 08°08' E along the East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road, 50.0 feet to an iron rod in the
East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access Road;
THENCE S 81052' E 14.8 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being a point of curvature to the left with a radius
of 75.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 18.2 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being the point of tangency;
THENCE N 84012'30" E 243.6 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being a point of curvature to the right with a
radius of 425.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 89.1 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being the point of tangency;
THENCE S 83047' E 182.5 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being a point of curvature to the left with a radius
of 375.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 45.2 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being the point of tangency;
THENCE N 89019' E 94.9 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being in the West Right -of -Way line of Burkburnett
Highway;
THE14CE S 23059'30" E along the West Right -of -Way line of Gurkburnett Highway, 54.44 feet to an iron rod, said
iron rod being in the West Right -of -Way line of Burkburnett Highway;
THENCE S 89019' W 116.4 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being a point of curvature to the right with a radius
of 425.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 51.2 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being the point of tangency;
THENCE N 83047' W 182.5 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being a point of curvature to the left with a radius
of 375.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 78.6 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being the point of tangency;
THENCE S 84012'30" W 243.6 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being a point of curvature to the right with a
radius of 125.0 feet;
THENCE along said curve an arc distance of 30.4 feet to an iron rod, said iron rod being the point of tangency;
THENCE N 81052' W 14.8 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 0.806 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon sham for the purposes and considerations therein
