the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 125.0 feet and a central angle of 130 55' 30";
Thence in a Northeasterly direction along said curve to the left 30.4 feet to the end of curve; Thence
N 840 12' 30" E 239.8 feet to an iron rod, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 030 56' E 146.8 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 890 19' W 312.0 feet to a highway monument in the East Right -of -Way line of Sheppard Access
Road; for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 080 08' E along the said East Right -of -Way line, 130.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.918 acres (39,997 square feet) of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
