Thence East 161.2 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 000 45' West 100.0 feet to a point In the North right-of-
way line of Hampton Road for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence along the above mentioned North right-of-way line of Hampton
