Records, more commonly known as 2511 Princeton Avenue, all of that certain tract deeded to
John & Doris Drullinger from Tony & Patricia Saulsbury in June, 2002, as recorded in Volume
2370, Page 786, Wichita County Deed Records, more commonly known as 2505 Princeton
Avenue, and all of that certain tract deeded to Ronald Drullinger from Roy & Maxine Collins in
October, 2000, as recorded in Volume 2206, Page 612, Wichita County Deed Records, more
commonly known as 2503 Princeton Avenue, said 0.89-acre tract being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 112-inch iron rod being the point of intersection of the east right-of-way line of
Princeton Avenue, a dedicated city street, with the north right-of-way line of 26th Street, a
dedicated city street, being the southwest comer of said 2511 Princeton Avenue for the southwest
corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 15°30'00" EAST, at 74.25 feet pass the northwest corner of said 2511
