J. A. Scott Survey No. 10, A-302, as recorded in Volume 4, Page 36, Wichita County Plat Records
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the South Right"of-Way line of 25th Street and the East Right -of -
Way line of Princeton Street for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 88° 16' E with the South Right -of -Way line of 25th Street 177.4 feet to an iron rod in
the West line of a 15.0 foot alley;
THENCE S 140 09' W with the West line of said alley 88.5 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 760 18' W 171.6 feet to an iron rod in the East Right -of -Way line of Princeton Street;
THENCE N 150 30' E with the East Right -of -Way line of Princeton Street 41.3 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.254 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever
all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
