Volume 8, Page 53, Wichita County Plat records;
THENCE N 020 12' E 80.0 feet with the East line of said Lot 12 to an iron rod;
THENCE S 890 53' E 200.0 feet to ap iron rod in the West Right -of -Way line of Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE S 02° 13' W with the West line of Jacksboro Highway 80.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 890 53' W 200.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.367 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
