WHEREAS, John Barnes is the Owner of Block 1, Wichita Oil Company Subdivision out of the
W.C.Napier Survey, Abstract No.778 and the J.V.Wheeler Survey, Abstract No. 377. Wichita
County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 23, Page 137 of the Wichita County Plat Records and
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the West right—of—way line of Loop 11 for the North
corner of Block 1, Wichita Oil Company Subdivision;
THENCE with the East line of said Block 1 and the West right—of—way line of said Loop 11
the following calls: S 25 45' 32" E a distance of 64.04 feet to an X" found in concrete;
S 18' 37' 20" E a distance of 201.81 feet to an iron rod found for an angle corner; and
S 14' 16' 57" W a distance of 184.83 feet to a bridge spike found in the North line of
Seymour Highway;
THENCE S 55' 39' 22" W with the North line of Seymour Highway a distance of 257.62 feet
to an iron rod found for the South corner of said Block 1;
THENCE N 25' 45' 00" W a distance of 452.87 feet to an iron rod found for the West
corner of said Block 1;
THENCE N 65' 28' 49" E a distance of 398.74 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 3.534 acres of land.
